Allergies
Allergy, also called hypersensitivity, is an abnormal reaction of the immune system against elements that are foreign to the body (allergens), but harmless. It can manifest itself in different areas of the body: on the skin, in the eyes, in the digestive system or in the respiratory tract. The types of symptoms and their intensity will vary depending on where the allergy occurs and on several other factors specific to each person.
