Some people like to sleep in a spoon, others back to back or on opposite sides of the bed.

The ideal position for sleeping while pregnant
It is recommended that pregnant women sleep on their left side, especially during the last months of pregnancy, to avoid compression of the heart and to facilitate blood circulation in the body.

However, it is not recommended that she fall asleep on her back, as this can put pressure on the large vessels along the spine. If a pregnant woman falls asleep on her stomach, there is obviously no danger for the baby.

For more comfort, the left leg should be fully extended and the right leg should be slightly bent. A pillow should be placed between the legs to avoid back pain.
