How to have beautiful skin?

Oily skin is thick and shiny when it’s hot, with dilated pores and tends to produce acne (blackheads, red pimples, etc…). This type of skin requires care adapted to oily skin such as cleansing products for oily skin or creams for skin with non-comedogenic imperfections. Avoid touching your pimples as this often causes complications: perpetuation of pimples, scars, pigmented spots, etc…

Dry skin flakes and feels tight as soon as it is attacked (cold, swimming pool, etc…). Do not wash it more than once a day, rather in cold water with cleansing products for dry skin and moisturize it with rich textured creams.

Combination skin is usually oily in the center of the face and dry around the edges. It requires care for oily skin on seborrheic areas, called T-zone (chin, nose, forehead), and for dry skin on dry areas, that is to say on the rest of the face. However, combination skin must be cleaned like dry skin, that is to say with a mild cleansing product.

Sensitive skin is skin that feels tight, tingles, tingles, heats up and often tends to blush. It is a skin that is reactive and intolerant to many irritating factors from the environment such as heat, the sun or certain cosmetics. Sensitive skin only requires specific care for sensitive skin.

Avoid lack of sleep, tobacco, alcohol and eat foods rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Choose a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, prefer fish to meat, olive oil to butter or fresh cream… and above all, avoid pastries and sweets!

Protect yourself from the sun:

The sun is your skin’s worst enemy: it accelerates aging, i.e. the loss of skin elasticity and wrinkles, and causes the appearance of spots and redness on the skin, especially at the of the face, constantly exposed.

Avoid sun exposure and favor the shade, especially between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. in summer, wear sunglasses, a hat and covering clothes. Finally, apply sunscreen with a high index in summer and moderate in winter if it is sunny.
